Raz is British South Asian, born and currently living in Hertfordshire, within the commuter belt of London. She graduated with a Media and Promotion Diploma from The London College of Fashion, followed by her BA in the same field and later her MSc in Digital Marketing - whilst working in multiple managerial roles based in London and Dubai.

Shortly after returning to the UK she became a millennial mother during the pandemic and trained to become an Organic Skincare Formulator and Herbalist, Life Coach, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Positive Psychology Practitioner, which ignited her path to wellness.

After a decade of consumer lifestyle industry experience (in-house, agency and freelance) she took a career break, and made her comeback with her own company Wellfluenced - Wellness Expert PR and Influencer Relations to support professionals and brands that she would be a genuine follower.
